Return policy

  • Cancellation 
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped or is in the process of customization, we cannot cancel the order.

  • Returns 
We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging, and you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Considering the cost of international logistics, we recommend that you contact us before returning the product. Please note: Customized items are not eligible for this return policy.
  • Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
